Murray River Culinary Challenge – In School Round
The Murray River Culinary Challenge is a major annual event for schools and is recognised as a prestigious event by students, trainers, teachers, school principal’s chefs and hospitality establishments.
It provides young people in regional centers across Victoria and NSW river regions with the opportunity to work with industry professionals and mentors to enhance their knowledge of the hospitality sector and test their vocational skills against their peers.
