St Mary MacKillop College is a Year 7 to 12, coeducational Catholic Secondary School in the tradition of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop – Australia’s first Saint.
St Mary MacKillop College invites applications for the position of Director of Wellbeing (POL 4) 0.6 FTE shared role (2025), to begin on 28th January 2025.
This is a permanent position, full-time or part-time negotiable.
As the current incumbent is transitioning to retirement in 2025, this POL will be a 0.6 FTE shared role. A full-time or part-time teaching load can be negotiated in conjunction with this role. In 2025, this POL will be advertised for the subsequent three year term, 2026 – 2028.
This is a senior leadership role within the college, directly responsible to the Principal.
The successful applicant will demonstrate effective leadership in Catholic Education, sound management and interpersonal skills and the ability to vision, lead and facilitate change within a collaborative and innovative environment.
