Languages Week

Monday 2nd June to Friday 6th June

Languages Week is a dedicated celebration of linguistic and cultural diversity within our school community. While Japanese and Spanish are taught as core subjects in Years 7 and 8 and offered as electives from Year 9 onwards, we also acknowledge and value the many students and staff who speak multiple languages.

Throughout the week, the Languages Team hosts a variety of lunchtime activities that encourage students to engage with languages in fun and meaningful ways. The week culminates in our much-anticipated Staff vs Students Futsal match, bringing the community together to celebrate our shared appreciation for languages and cultures.
