Murray River Culinary Challenge

The Murray River Culinary Challenge inter-school competition was held on Wednesday. VET Hospitality students were set the task of cooking three courses within a set amount of time; students were judged by local chefs on their workflow, cooking techniques and presentation. Thy Pham-Nguyen and Kate Gillingham were the winners and now make up the MacKillop team who will compete against the Swan Hill College team in August.


On Wednesday 29 May St. Mary’s Primary School Swan Hill hosted a Mass honouring the 2019 Catholic Education Week theme, “Listen with the ear of your heart”.
